It was one of the hottest days we'd had in Switzerland this year so Usha was keen to take some of her maternity shots by the lake. We started with some more intimate shots at home while Rémy helped me by photographing mum's feet! Cully is such a pretty little village that it was easy to find spots just outside the front door for the whole family to share some time together while I snapped away and Pepet sniffed around us. We had to visit the fountain to thrown in a penny before heading back to the old Café to pick up swimming kit.
As we walked alongside the lake Rémy challenged everyone to running races and proved himself to be quite a little Olympian - watch out Rio! However, joining in did mean I earned the right to take his photos - which he wasn't sure about to begin with!
My favourite shots are of the family enjoying themselves in the water as the sun starts to set over the lake. It was a really fun evening and I can't wait to welcome their new addition in a couple of weeks' time!
