Set out below are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all transactions between the Customer and Emma Godfrey Photography Print Shop. Separate Terms and Conditions apply to photography Clients, please contact us directly for more information.
By making a purchase on this site you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
All prices are in Swiss Francs. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are calculated based on weight. We ship via La Poste CH.
All our items are shipped via La Poste CH. After your order has been placed you will receive an email with more information about delivery times. In general, items shipped within Switzerland should take no longer than 3-4 days; Europe 7-10 days; USA & Canada 7-15 days; Rest of the World 10-20 days.
These timings should be considered a guideline only.
For items on backorder, please allow an extra 2 weeks. More information will be provided with your order confirmation.
Care of Prints
The Limited Edition prints are printed from hi-resolution files on Fuji Fine Art Photo Rag giclée paper by a professional print lab. They are archival prints and should have a life of 100 year plus in normal conditions. Prolonged, direct sunlight and/or humidity can effect the lifetime of the print so please follow the recommended care instructions provided with your prints.
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us at email@example.com before we have dispatched the items. If the items has already been dispatched, please follow our returns procedure.
Returns & Refunds
All items should be carefully checked on receipt. If the items are damaged or do not match your order you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days.
You have 4 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. During the Christmas period items may be returned within 30 days, this may be extended at our discretion.
If you would like to return an item please get in touch via email email@example.com describing why you would like to return the item. Please do not return any items without first receiving a returns confirmation from us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Credit card refunds will be subject to your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and tracking information must be supplied. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged while shipping so please repackage your prints carefully. Shipping costs are noefundable.
